– This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship.

1.2 Non-Quality-Related Returns:
– Returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., buyer’s change of needs, incorrect order) are strictly prohibited.

### 2. Inspection & Claims Process
2.1 7-Day Inspection Period:
– Buyers must inspect and test the products within 7 days of delivery.
– Any quality-related issues identified during this period must be reported immediately to Seller via [email/portal] with the following documentation:
– Order number and product details;
– Clear photos/videos demonstrating the defect;
– A detailed description of the issue.

2.2 Resolution for Valid Claims:
– If a defect is confirmed, Seller will, at its discretion:
– Repair the product;
– Replace the product with a new unit of equal value.
– Seller will cover all return shipping costs and applicable taxes for validated claims.

2.3 Late Claims (After 7 Days):
– Defects reported after the 7-day inspection period require the Buyer to:
– Ship the product to Seller’s designated facility at their own expense (including shipping and taxes);
– Seller will repair or replace the product and return it to the Buyer at Seller’s cost.

### 3. Shipping Damage Responsibility
3.1 Buyer’s Freight Forwarder:
– Damage caused by the Buyer’s chosen freight forwarder during transit is solely the Buyer’s responsibility.
– Seller may assist in filing claims with the carrier but is not liable for refunds, repairs, or replacements.

3.2 Seller’s Freight Forwarder:
– Damage caused by Seller’s freight forwarder will be addressed under standard shipping terms.
– For high-value products, Buyers are strongly advised to purchase shipping insurance to ensure full compensation in case of loss or damage.

### 4. Exclusions
This warranty does NOT cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications;
– Normal wear and tear;
