### 1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
1.1 Warranty Period:

1.2 Non-Quality-Related Returns:

### 2. Inspection & Claims Process

– Seller may assist in filing claims with the carrier but is not liable for refunds, repairs, or replacements.
3.2 Seller’s Freight Forwarder:
– Damage caused by Seller’s freight forwarder will be addressed under standard shipping terms.
– For high-value products, Buyers are strongly advised to purchase shipping insurance to ensure full compensation in case of loss or damage.
### 4. Exclusions
This warranty does NOT cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications;
– Normal wear and tear;
– Issues arising from Buyer’s failure to follow product manuals or safety guidelines;
– Acts of nature (e.g., floods, fires) or external accidents.
### 5. Claims Submission
To initiate a warranty claim:
