Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases of industrial automation equipment and electrical control components sold through HY-TECH INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED.

2. Warranty Coverage
#2.1. Warranty Period: Buyers are entitled to a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
#2.2. Non-Warranty Returns: Returns due to non-quality-related reasons (e.g., buyer’s preference, incorrect order) are strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Return & Refund Conditions
#3.1 Quality-Related Issues
– 7-Day Inspection Period: Buyers must inspect and test the Products within 7 days of receipt.
– Return Process for Defective Products:
– If a defect is identified within 7 days, notify Seller immediately via [email/portal] with order details, photos/videos of the defect, and a description.
– Seller will evaluate the claim and, if validated, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
– Seller will cover round-trip shipping costs and applicable taxes for validated defects.
– Late Claims: Defect claims raised after 7 days will require the Buyer to ship the Product to Seller’s designated address at their own cost (including shipping and taxes). After repair, Seller will re-ship the Product at their expense.

# 3.2 Non-Quality-Related Returns
– Returns due to buyer error (e.g., incorrect order, change of needs) are not accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

4. Order Cancellation & Delays
# 4.1. Seller Stock Shortages:
– If Seller cannot fulfill an order due to stock unavailability, Buyer may choose:
– A full refund;
– Replacement with a mutually agreed alternative Product.
# 4.2. Delivery Delays:
– Delays caused solely by Seller (e.g., internal processing): Buyer may request a refund or renegotiate delivery terms.
– Delays due to third parties (e.g., manufacturer delays, customs clearance): Seller is not liable, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Shipping Damages
– Damage caused by the Buyer’s freight forwarder during transit is the Buyer’s responsibility. Seller may assist in filing claims with the carrier but will not issue refunds or replacements.

6. Return Process
1. Submit a return request via email or social contact tools within 7 days of delivery (for defects only).
2. Await Seller’s RA number and instructions.
3. Ship the Product as directed.
4. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 30 business days after Seller confirms the defect.

7. Non-Refundable Situations
– Buyer-caused damage (e.g., misuse, improper installation).
– Returns initiated after 7 days for non-defective Products.
– Orders marked “final sale” or custom-configured Products.

8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be settled under the laws of Hongkong China or Shenzhen China.

9. Policy Updates
Seller reserves the right to amend this policy. Updated versions will be posted on website.
